    Moriizumi Sake Brewery continues to produce flavorful junmai sake using traditional handcrafting methods. Its lineup includes freshly brewed shinshu (new sake) as well as well-aged koshu (matured sake), offering a wide variety of rich flavors.

    The brewery’s signature sake, “Moriizumi,” is a junmai sake made from rice polished to 60% and slowly fermented at low temperatures to bring out the full umami of the rice. It is known for its depth of flavor and smooth taste.
